The State Government has issued a Ration Card for its Citizens. Ration Card is a legal document it is also useful as an Identity Card for peoples. The main uses of Ration Card are to provide food grains and other necessary substance at subsidized rates to the citizens of Gujarat state. Now state Govt. of Gujarat is issuing bar-coded ration card for the citizens. The Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department have issued the new ration card for an aim to remove fake and duplicate ration card in the state. The state will be issued the new ration card list and eliminated bogus ration card holders from the ration card list.

Step 6: Upload the scanned copy of the required documents.

Step 7: Click on the Submit button and your application will be successfully submitted.
