1. Download the PicsArt application on Google Play .

2. Open the PicsArt application, and click the ' + ' icon to start creating the logo.

3. Search for ' Pictures ', and click ' Select Canvas '.

4. Select the background width of 1: 1, and click check.

5. After entering the worksheet, click the ' Shape ' icon . Select the circle → click ' Fill ' → click OK.

6. Make a big circle on the worksheet.

7. Click the arrow icon in the top left corner, and select ' Edit Image '.

8. Give effect to the circle. Select ' Effect '.

Select the ' Color ' effect category → select ' Negative ' → add an effect to the circle by clicking the ' Mix ' icon .

Select the ' Blur ' effect category → select ' Blur ' → add the blurred value to around 62, and reduce the fade value to 0. Click the check mark.

9. To add a photo, click ' Add Picture '.

10. Remove the photo background by clicking ' Remove '.

Select the object in the photo, and click the arrow icon in the top right corner.

Repair the deleted object part with the invert menu . Click save.

11. Give effect to the object. Select ' Effect '.

Select the ' Color ' effect category → select ' Black & White ' → decrease the value to 0. Click the check mark.

12. Enlarge the size of the object as needed.

14. Finally give effect to the logo. Select ' Effect '.

Select the ' FX ' effect category → select ' Cross Process ' → change the contrast value to 31, the sum value to 63, and the fade value to 0. Click the check mark.

15. Click the arrow icon, and you're done. now the silhouette logo is complete.
